This is an original match-worn shirt of the Italian national team, worn by defender Christian Maggio in one of the most memorable matches in World Cup history – the heart-stopping 2010 World Cup group-stage clash in which Slovakia sensationally beat Italy 3-2 and knocked the reigning world champions out of the tournament.

Christian Maggio came on at the start of the second half (in the 46th minute), replacing Domenico Criscito, and played the entire second half, in which four of the match's five goals were scored.
