Every shirt matters to us. Including on its way to you.
We pack every order with care. Framed shirts are protected with film, corner guards and a sturdy cardboard box, so they are ready for the journey to you.
How much does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?

Dispatch
Items in stock are usually dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation. Add the transit time shown in the table. For a typical order within the Czech Republic, allow about 5 working days from order confirmation.
You will always see the available shipping methods and the final price in the cart before you complete your order.
Custom framing and pre-orders
If you are sending us your own shirt to frame, allow roughly 3 weeks including shipping to us, framing and delivery back. We will confirm the exact date when we agree on the order.
For pre-orders and items that are not in stock, please follow the date shown on the product or the date we agree with you.
Oversized frames
Because of their size and fragility, we do not ship oversized frames with a standard parcel service. We will arrange personal pickup or individual delivery by our team with you. We confirm the options, date and any delivery cost in advance.
Need a gift by a specific date?
Get in touch before you place your order. We will check availability and delivery options and tell you whether we can make your date.
How do we pack your order?
We protect the frame surface
We wrap the frame in protective film that helps prevent scratches.
We secure the corners
We fit the corners with polystyrene guards that help absorb knocks during handling.
We add a sturdy box
We place the frame in a sturdy cardboard box and secure it against movement. We check how it sits before we seal the box.
Unframed shirts and smaller collectibles are packed in boxes suited to their size and type.
Personal pickup in Kladno
You can pick up your order free of charge at our office in Kladno. We are not at the office every day, so we will confirm the exact place and time with you by phone.
Your order must be paid before pickup. Please wait for our confirmation that it is ready, and have your order number to hand when you collect it.
For a larger frame, make sure you have enough space in your car. Secure it against sliding during the journey and do not place other luggage on top of it. We are happy to tell you the dimensions of the packed item on request.
International delivery
We deliver to 25 other EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
